Imitation Food

The Food Imitation (Safety) Regulations 1989 has important information relating to the sale of items that imitate sweets, cakes, fruit or other foodstuff. The individual beads must not be resold by you to non-commercial (private) buyers as they present a potential choking hazard and as such do not comply with section 4 of the Food Imitations (Safety) Regulations 1989.

Processing time

The majority of items listed on the website are ready to ship and posted out daily Monday to Friday.

Shipping address

You are responsible for ensuring the address provided by you on the sales receipt is correct as this is the address I will post to. I will not be held responsible for missing or undelivered parcels if this information is wrong. You are responsible for any additional postage charges in order to resend a parcel if it is returned to me as undelivered and you want the items to be resent. I reserve the right not to refund any shipping charges I have paid if you want a refund for the item(s) under these circumstances as both paypal and etsy state that the address on the sales invoice is the one that it should be sent to. 

Estimated shipping times

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days. North America: 4 - 6weeks. Europe: 1-5 weeks. Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4 - 8 weeks. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

I am based in the UK and I do not guarantee any delivery to reach you by a specific date as once it is posted I have no control over the delivery. Outside the UK everything is sent using Royal Mail's International Standard service. There are postage upgrades available if you wish to purchase it at check out  

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

USA orders from 29 August 2025

The applicable 10%(UK to USA tariff) has been included in the product price and shipping charges so you won't see an additional tariff charge at checkout. This is known as DDP (Delivered duties paid).In the unlikely event the tariff charges have not been added to your order I will invoice you, no order will be processed or sent unless these charges have been paid.  

Other countries 

Orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) When your parcel reaches your country if any taxes, duties or tariffs are due you will be contacted by the postal courier. It is up to you before you order to understand your own countries import arrangements. You as the buyer are responsible for these costs. 

Payment options 

This website uses a third party payment services.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return within 28 days of delivery. I can't accept returns for custom items.

Conditions of return 

Unless the item is faulty, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
